Does whistle go work without cell service?

Is Whistle 3 still supported?
The Whistle 3 uses a 3G cellular connection. It won’t be usable after this year’s 3G shutdown. Whistle sells two other trackers that aren’t affected by the 3G shutdown. View them on Amazon.
Does whistle go work with Verizon?
Verizon Wireless announced plans to retire its 2G CDMA network effective November 3, 2019. After this date, any device that supports only Verizon 2G will no longer function, including Whistle GPS and Tagg 1, and Tagg GPS Plus.
How do you return items to whistles?
Do call us on 0330 363 3363 or email us at [email protected] so that we can help you. My order has arrived damaged or faulty – I need to return it. Please complete the returns form found in your parcel, detailing the fault, and use the freepost returns label to return the item to our warehouse.
Does whistle require a subscription?
A subscription plan is needed for your WHISTLE™ tracker to track your pet on the AT network. The Whistle devices use GPS and AT cellular towers to track your pet if they leave their set Safe Place(s). Please keep in mind, you do not need AT cell service on your smart phone.

How Far Can Whistle GPS?
There are a lot of pet trackers that use Bluetooth, which has a very limited range (100 feet max), or if they use GPS, connect to the cellular network via 2G, which unlike 3G, doesn’t have complete US coverage. On several occasions, I’ve tested Whistle’s location accuracy and in general it’s within about 10 to 15 feet.
Are whistle returns free?

Women’s clothing brand Whistles has shut its doors and stock has been taken from the shop floor with a ‘to let’ sign now above the premises. The company’s website confirms it is ‘permanently closed’.
