Is my RedBalloon voucher still valid?
All vouchers are valid for 60 months (5 years) from the date of purchase. Vouchers purchased on or after 18th October 2017 will have an expiry date of 60 months. For experiences vouchers only, you will need to book and take the experience within the first 18 months from the date of purchase.
How long do RedBalloon vouchers last?
5 years
All RedBalloon vouchers, e-gift cards, gift vouchers and retail gift cards purchased on or after 1st October 2017 are valid for 5 years except where the experience has already been booked in. We honour the purchase price of the experience for 18 months.
Can you refund RedBalloon?
If you have purchased an Experience Voucher from RedBalloon, you can request a refund of the Experience Voucher within 14 days of the purchase date if you have a change-of-mind. The refund excludes any delivery or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase. The change of mind refund excludes Physical products.

How can I check if my gift card is still valid?
Once you visit the website found on the back of the card, it will have fields for information pertaining to your card. This will usually include your card number and another numeric code like the expiration date or access code.
Can I extend my RedBalloon voucher?
After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of RedBalloon. If you are eligible for an extension, please contact our Customer Experience team here .
How do I cancel my RedBalloon voucher?
Once you have requested a booking, your voucher cannot be cancelled and is not refundable for a change-of-mind. The refund will be processed back to the purchaser only. Any RedBalloon account credits used for the purchase will be refunded in the same form of tender.
Can you change RedBalloon vouchers?
